Shipping, Returns and Services
Amin Standard ready-to-wear garments available online are made-to-order and are subject to a four to six weeks turnaround time. Shipping fees will vary based on weight. Amin Standard will ship your order via a recognized carrier and will notify you via email once your order has been shipped. Please note: delivery requires a signature and customers shall be responsible of coordinating and accepting delivery from the carrier.
For purchases made in our showroom, please contact email@example.com to schedule a final fitting for your order.
As every garment we produce is custom-made for you, based on your measurements and customizations, all sales are FINAL and we are unable to offer refunds once an order has been submitted and payment has been accepted.
Ready-to-wear garments purchased online can be returned within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, only store credit can be issued. Online customers may contact firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
All gift cards purchased online and in-showroom are also non-refundable.
We ask for a 90 days lead time prior to a wedding date or a special occasion.
Your custom garments will arrive three to four weeks starting from the time of your initial order being submitted and confirmed. Delivery time depends on the complexity of the pattern we must create for you. Custom shirts arrive in two to three weeks. A rush service is also available for an additional fee.
Alteration costs for customer orders will be covered by Amin Standard within 3 months of the customer being notified that the order is ready for pickup. After 3 months have passed, the customer will be responsible for all alteration costs.
